This course gave technical introduction about the functionality of GSM network for telecommunications engineers working in the industry.  I planned the contents and executed this course several times 1996-2000 for AEL (Finnish training company) in Helsinki, Finland.
  2. Digital Communications Networks, duration 16 hours. This course gave an introduction of digital mobile networks for the students of Helsinki Institute of Technology. I planned the contents and presented the main part. I also invited lecturers for delivering special information. The course took place in Helsinki, Finland, 5.5.-26.5.1997.
  3. GPRS description, measurements and planning. 1-day external course in English. 15.6.2001, Oulu, Finland.
  4. GSM technology. 2-day internal course tailored for Tecnomen, Espoo, Finland, 1998 via AEL.

  10. Participation in planning and execution of training courses and official mobile user exam in cooperation with Finnish Information Society Development Centre (TIEKE). The program was driven by the Finnish government. I planned the course material and executed a total of 10 complete training courses, each lasting 5 complete days, during 2003-04 in order to prepare the first teachers for the further delivery of the program. For successful passing of the training, the course included a final exam which I evaluated for each participant.
  11. 5G — The Path to the Next Generation, GSMA Capacity Building. Four-week course covers the key aspects of 5G technology and examines the role governments and regulators can play in helping unlock the benefits of future 5G services for their citizens. I moderated the live web sessions (2 x 1h per course) of 2 courses in 2019-20, and evaluated the final projects of the volunteered participants.
